👉 Give it what it‘s screaming for in in ALL areas, physical, emotional, and personal…
👉 Give yourself permission to genuinely eat what you WANT, what satisfies you, not dry chicken and broccoli… and stop when you’re full…
👉 Feel your feelings, stare them in the face, deal with them, instead of throwing yourself into another diet as an avoidance tactic…

You’ll be surprised by how amazing you’ll look AND feel.

When I switched ONLY to intuitive eating, I learned that…
.
The majority of my cravings were emotional.
.
What I was REALLY craving, late at night – was not chocolate, but companionship, especially from other women. (Working at home alone all day can be lonely as f*ck y’all).
.
I realized that my body really didn’t like straight up body-building style lifting workouts anymore… It actually craved yoga. Running in the fresh air. Fun workout classes that brought me JOY.
.
I realized that too often, I was throwing myself into diets, competing, counting and tracking as a way to avoid deeper issues – What I wanted to do with my business, my career, what I really valued for myself
.
I learned how to give myself what I REALLY needed, wanted craved:
.
Self acceptance. Breaking the “rules” of success. Literally doing what made me happy, instead of what I “should” be doing, running my business / life my way.
.
When I did this, all of a sudden there was no more need to restrict, deprive, or eat in excess to provide myself with those feelings of freedom and happiness.
.
And my body started to feel better, perform better, and look better to me.
.
I know, though…
.
That when you’re feeling shitty in your body and down on yourself — ALL you want is another DIET.
.
You‘ll do ANYTHING to remove the body fat, relieve yourself of the GUILT and shame that it’s on your body…
.
SO you buy into the hope that MAYBE – just MAYBE if you switch your carb to fat ratio around 5%… THIS TIME, it’ll work! The fat will magically melt off, like it did for that model you follow….

.

But it’s been proven time and time again that diets don’t work, they only leave us rebounding, gaining the weight right back. And having a crappy relationship with food.
.
And, as long as you’re dieting, you’ll continue to reinforce the idea that you’re not inherently worthy or good enough of happiness or freedom.
.
SO this year, instead of throwing yourself into another diet this year, failing, and beating yourself up—
.
Look within…
.
What do you need to feel good about yourself, in all areas of your life?
What are some of your underlying emotional needs that are not being met?
How do you genuinely want to feel in your body and with food??

Eg: Self Compassion. Self care. Companionship. Feelings of acceptance, and love, and support.
