Guys, I’m not joking – these are AMAZING, and I literally eat these every morning on the weekends.
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use Nuzest USA Clean Lean Protein – literally tastes like melted ice cream. Use my code DEE15 for a discount). The Quest Brand is also really good (vanilla milkshake flavor is my fave)
- 1/2 cup egg whites (2 whites).
- A splash of water to make it more runny
- Add some cinnamon if you want
Cook on a pan and enjoy! Super easy. Sometimes I toss in a BANANA as well, which tastes SUUUPER BOMB.
I usually eat these with oatmeal for some healthy carbs at my breakfast. Sometimes I enjoy them with @waldenfarmsinternational Sugar-free syrup and peanut butter on top too! Delish.
