Eat chia seeds daily and poo like a champion. The fiber in them is amazing for your digestion and a great way to start your morning!
- 2 tablespoons chia seed
- 1/3 cup plain instant oatmeal
- 1 banana (or fruit of your choice) chopped
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- OPTIONAL: 1 packet stevia, 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, or sweetener of your choice
1. Put all ingredients in a glass or jar and mix thoroughly.
2. Let sit overnight or at LEAST 30 minutes before eating!
