My name is Dee – I am a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and the creator of the Boss Body Nutrition Revolution: An online fitness and nutrition coaching program to help busy women get in their best shape ever, physically and mentally.
For 10+ years of my life, I struggled with terrible body image and negative relationship with food — Crash dieting, yo-yo-dieting, restricting food endlessly, secretly binge eating, and negative self talk were normal for me. It wasn’t until I learned about nutrition, started weight training, and worked with my own coaches to conquer my mindset, that I overcame these struggles to reach peace with food and body for good.
It is now my mission to help other woman do the same.
