Tandoori chicken skewers! Made these for a BBQ over the summer but you can also make em in the oven for EASY MEAL PREP! I like to bring a healthy dish like this to share at potlucks or BBQs, so you know there will be at least one healthy option. Indian food is awesome because you can get a TON of flavor just from spices without a lot of oil or other junk 👍🏽😋

This recipe is super easy. You can do tofu, paneer, veggies, or other meats if you don’t eat chicken. I like Greek yogurt for the marinade since it’s thicker and has more protein but regular yogurt is fine too.

1️⃣First make the marinade by mixing the following together: (You can get these spices at any regular grocery store!)
🔹Nonfat Greek yogurt (1.5 cups)
🔹Lemon juice (1/2 cup)
🔹Garam masala (3 tablespoons)
🔹Curry powder (3 tablespoons)
🔹Red chilli powder (2 tablespoons or less if you don’t like it too spicy)
🔹Dried coriander leaves (1 tablespoon)
🔹Garlic powder (2 tablespoons)
🔹Salt (1 tablespoon)–can add more if you want
🔹Black pepper (1 tablespoon)

2️⃣ Cut up about a pound of chicken breast, or other meat/ veggies/ tofu/ paneer, and mix into the marinade. Let it sit overnight or at least 2 hours.

3️⃣ Grill for around 5 mins! You can bake these in the oven or even cook on the pan too if you don’t have a grill. 🔥This makes around 4 servings
