Well… technically these are turkey kebabs since they were out of chicken at the store. BUT, I’ve made these with chicken and they are still AMAZING! I ate them with a super easy homemade cilantro chutney (recipe for that is here)

This original recipe is from the Chutney Life blog. Check it out! I adapted it slightly to use more cilantro, less oil, and tried them with turkey instead.

You can buy the Shan fish seasoning at most Indian grocery stores. Leave this out if you don’t have it, but it adds a nice depth of flavoring!
